Introducing the Loyalty Programme in which the more you tan, the more you are getting from us!

Loyalty Streak

Collect loyalty stars by purchasing a tanning session once a month, do this for 12 consecutive months and you will win the grand prize.

If you leave one month out, you will return to no stars and will start the journey again.

The grand prizes are membership level-dependent and awarded when you reach the 12th star:

	Member	20 Free Tanning Minutes
	Silver	25 Free Tanning Minutes
	Gold	30 Free Tanning Minutes
	Platinum	35 Free Tanning Minutes
	Diamond	45 Free Tanning Minutes

Terms & Conditions

Consol reserves the right to change the rules, reward minutes and criteria at any time and without notice. Prizes depend on your membership level when you complete the streak, please find these on your personal account on your app. Please ensure you are logged into your personal account as sunbed sessions taken on another account will not count and multiple accounts are not permitted. Stars earned in the Loyalty Streak program are based on having at least one sunbed session per calendar month using your personal account. Stars cannot be transferred between accounts, shared, paused, or exchanged for cash. If your account is suspended, you will lose all accrued rewards and benefits.

Membership Levels

Membership levels are earned by using Consol. The more you use us, the faster you will climb to different membership statuses earning automatic rewards and benefits throughout your journey. The status bar shows how close you are to achieving the next membership status:

Silver

5% discount on all vending.
Free Birthday session (10min).
Grand Prize of 25 minutes with the Loyalty Streak.

Gold

10% discount on all vending.
Free Birthday session (12min).
Grand Prize of 30 minutes with the Loyalty Streak.

Platinum

10% discount on all vending.
One set of goggles and one bottle of water free each month.
Free Birthday session (14min).
Free session minutes between 20 and 24 minutes.
Grand Prize of 35 minutes with the Loyalty Streak.

Diamond

15% discount on all vending.
One set of goggles and one bottle of water free each month.
Free Birthday session (16min).
Free session minutes between 20 and 24 minutes.
Grand Prize of 45 minutes with the Loyalty Streak.

Terms & Conditions for Membership

Consol reserves the right to change membership criteria, benefits and levels that are offered to customers at any time without any prior notification. Customers whose accounts are suspended will forfeit any accrued rewards and benefits. Membership status is non-transferable, cannot be shared, and cannot be paused. Member benefits are awarded according to member level, please check your level and connected benefits on your app. Birthday sessions can be redeemed on the birthday or on the two days following this, if birthday minutes are not redeemed within this three-day period they will be lost. Please note that birthday minutes will be credited at the point of checkout and will not appear on your account as additional minutes. Free vending products cannot be transferred to the next month. All membership benefits are dependent on spending and usage patterns. Our staff members cannot influence or change membership levels.
